Project Overview
As a key partner of the 2025 World Mobile Congress (MWC), we are responsible for the complete lighting and sound solutions for the main stage and surrounding exhibition areas. This exhibition brings together top technology companies from around the world, and our solution needs to meet high standards for audio-visual experience.
Equipment Used
- Lighting: 600 Martin intelligent lights, 8 follow spots, 12 fog machines, 24 LED panel lights
- Sound: German line array speakers, 32-channel digital mixer, wireless microphone system
- Display: P2.9 HD LED screen, 4K video processor, backup signal system
Technical Challenges & Solutions
- Dynamic Stage Requirements: Real-time lighting scene adjustments for different speakers and product launches
- Large LED Screen Synchronization: Signal synchronization and seamless switching for 300 square meters of LED wall
- Complex Sound Field Design: Ensuring clear and balanced sound quality in a 2000-person exhibition hall
EICMA OF MILAN

EICMA is one of the world’s largest and most influential motorcycle and bicycle exhibitions. Each year, top manufacturers, suppliers, and enthusiasts gather in Milan to showcase the latest products and technologies.
